Aliexpress Standard Shipping: it takes 15-40 business days to most of countries, but Brazil and Russia might take more time since the customs are strict. 

EMS, AU Special Line: It takes about about 6-10 business days to AU, USA, Europe, CA, but Brazil and Russia might take longer time.

We only ship the goods to the address you provided in the aliexpress, so please make sure the address you use is correct.

Returns  are not accepted since all flowers are made to order! But if there is any damaged flowers, we can resend it or refund to you after you provide photos.
