Case3: I'm a purchasing manager. If you saved money, we bought OEM / compatible toner instead of the original toner. Since then, the printer finally said " Insufficient Density " Or something along these lines and showed that there was no toner in the cartridge . I thought it might be a bad cartridge, so I installed the same OEM / compatible toners from the second box that I bought and had exactly the same problem. The error was read, " No Xerox toner ". The entire printer is a rattle and whipping and grinding noises. When the printer door was opened, this new cartridge vibrated. Then it turned out to be impossible to remove the cartridge, so now I remain with a worthless printer, because I can not change the cartridge in this slot. The cassette did not contain any directions to confirm if I had somehow misplaced it in the printer. I am aware that Xerox claims that the wrong toner can damage the machine. Don't waste your money.
