Q2: I am a distributor. Can I cooperate with battery warehouse for a long time?

A2: Yes, individual pricing for large scale projects and wholesale demands is available.

Q3: How about the quality?

Q4: How do I confirm the high quality of the product you sent me?

Q5: How about the lead time?

A5: We keep some batteries & busbar in our warehouse, the production can be finished in 3-7 days in regular battery and cells.

Q6: How long of the transit time? The transit time set on your system is 60 days, do I really need to wait so long？

A6: No. If it is not a battery order, 5-10 days by air shipping for busbar / BMS / battery case, 35-55 days by sea shipping for batteries. DDP service is availble.

Q7: Why hasn't my ups or Fedex transportation number been updated?

A7: This is normal, because in countries with tariffs, our packages need to pass the customs of your country before they can be delivered to the local UPS or FedEx. Once they pass the customs and update the transportation number, you can usually receive the goods within 3-5 days.
